This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the coordination of critical self-serve growth initiatives that encompass onboarding, activation, lifecycle management, monetization, and pricing, ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned and accountable.
• Create and sustain detailed execution plans that outline timelines, responsible parties, and interdependencies among Marketing, Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
• Collect insights from each team's planning activities, synthesize the information, and collaborate with leadership to guide quarterly prioritization efforts.
• Design reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide leadership with ongoing visibility into progress towards self-serve OKRs and program throughput.
• Proactively identify obstacles, risks, and gaps early on, facilitating resolutions and escalating issues as necessary.
• Assist the team in scaling its operational practices as the scope and complexity of our self-serve efforts expand.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, strategic operations, product operations, or a cross-functional operations role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-team programs from inception to completion, with clear examples of fostering alignment among Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Strong influencing skills, adept at fostering accountability among senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Capacity to communicate effectively at two levels: providing concise summaries for leadership and engaging in detailed coordination with execution teams.
• Experience working in a remote-first, asynchronous setting, demonstrating the ability to build relationships and achieve results without physical presence.
• Comfort with ambiguity, demonstrating an ability to create structure rather than waiting for it to be established.
• Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG), self-serve growth strategies, or key metrics pertinent to B2B SaaS is highly advantageous.
