Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Growth, Capital Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the comprehensive delivery of enterprise-level growth initiatives.

• Manage programs from the definition of requirements to site launch and operational transition.

• Ensure that facilities, infrastructure, resources, and cross-functional capabilities are fully synchronized.

• Create and oversee integrated program plans adhering to PMI standards.

• Collaborate with functional project managers and project coordinators to assess and merge detailed project timelines.

• Conduct financial management and cost analysis.

• Assemble, lead, and inspire cross-functional teams.

• Articulate program objectives within the framework of overarching strategic business goals.

• Proactively identify potential issues and implement alternative solutions as necessary.

• Provide clear, concise, and impactful communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in leading complex, cross-functional, enterprise-level programs.

• Proven track record of delivering facilities-driven or capital-intensive projects (site constructions, expansions, infrastructure initiatives).

• Strong capability to transform requirements into actionable plans and drive execution across matrixed teams.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – mandatory.

• Established expertise in applying PMI standards and methodologies throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Experience in supporting product launches or large-scale growth initiatives.

• Strong skills in executive communication and stakeholder management.
