Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Growth & Capital Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the comprehensive delivery of enterprise-level growth initiatives, which include new site constructions, site expansions, and the preparation of facilities necessary to meet promised product launch schedules.

• Oversee programs from the definition of requirements all the way through to site launch and operational transition.

• Work backward from designated launch dates to ensure that facilities, infrastructure, resources, and cross-functional capabilities are fully synchronized.

• Serve as the sole point of accountability and implement Project Management Institute (PMI) standards to guarantee meticulous planning, execution, and delivery across various complex programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in managing complex, cross-functional, enterprise-wide programs.

• Proven track record of delivering facilities-driven or capital-intensive projects (including site constructions, expansions, and infrastructure programs).

• Strong capability to convert requirements into actionable plans and drive execution across matrixed teams.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.

• Demonstrated proficiency in applying PMI standards and methodologies throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Experience in supporting product launches or large-scale growth initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on executive engagement and stakeholder management.
