This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of and oversee integrated roadmaps and detailed delivery plans for Transcend and Digital programs.
• Manage interdependencies with EP and Neuro Supply Chain initiatives effectively.
• Lead RAID management, including the identification, escalation, mitigation, and resolution of risks, issues, and action items.
• Drive resource planning and maintain financial oversight across various program waves.
• Coordinate with business SMEs and contractors; monitor budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures.
• Establish and oversee value realization tracking, comparing realized benefits against projected outcomes.
• Implement and refine demand intake and governance processes for the Digital portfolio and Transcend backlog.
• Create leadership-level reports, dashboards, and executive forums focusing on program health, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
• Deploy and facilitate an EP Digital Community of Practice.
• Standardize best practices and encourage knowledge sharing through training curricula, playbooks, and community forums.
• Enhance operational efficiency through improved tools, processes, roles, and automation.
• Supervise project management contractors and junior resources.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is mandatory.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Proven experience in managing projects and programs for large-scale initiatives.
• Expertise in creating and executing integrated plans, managing interdependencies, and prioritizing competing activities.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks and methodologies, including the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Demonstrated experience in identifying, escalating, and mitigating risks and issues.
• Experience in owning portfolio intake/governance, prioritization frameworks, and tracking value realization.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, influencing, collaboration, and communication skills are essential.
• Experience managing program budgets and resources, including forecasting, variance analysis, and comparing actuals to plans.
• Skilled in designing and delivering executive and operational dashboards and reports.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Technical proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, and BI/visualization platforms.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time is necessary.
