Senior ERP Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for ERP implementations.

• Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders.

• Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Coordinate interrelated projects to ensure that integrated solutions are successful.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and third-party vendors.

• Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, risks, and milestones.

• Align stakeholder expectations and manage any changes or escalations effectively.

• Lead cross-functional teams that include business analysts, developers, consultants, and testers.

• Provide direction on roles, responsibilities, and timelines.

• Promote collaboration and communication to resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Ensure the implementation and configuration of ERP modules such as Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Management.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing and training sessions.

• Oversee data migration, integration efforts, and system upgrades.

• Create project charters, plans, status reports, and conduct post-implementation reviews.

• Track project metrics and performance, reporting KPIs to stakeholders.

• Monitor project expenses and manage the overall project budget.

• Manage external vendors and ERP implementation contracts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in managing complex ERP or CRM implementations.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP projects.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Experience in managing both on-premises and cloud-based implementations.

• In-depth understanding of the SAP Ecosystem components (S4, Ariba, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud SAC).

• Strong grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

• Capability to manage scope, schedule, and budgets in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or Jira.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, resolve issues, and adapt to changing project requirements.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Must be able to work throughout Florida (state-wide remote).
