Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead intricate, cross-departmental product and technology projects from initial concept to launch and user adoption.

• Convert business objectives into actionable plans and measurable results in collaboration with Product and Engineering leaders.

• Foster alignment among stakeholders regarding customer needs, technical limitations, and business priorities.

• Define and implement processes that enhance product development speed and predictability.

• Aid in roadmap planning, prioritization, and scheduling of deliveries.

• Identify and proactively manage dependencies, resource requirements, risks, and trade-offs.

• Facilitate quarterly and annual planning sessions among Product and Engineering teams.

• Track initiatives against business objectives, milestones, and performance metrics.

• Coordinate efforts across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Operations, and customer-facing teams.

• Ensure accountability, eliminate barriers, resolve dependencies, and support readiness for launches and post-launch evaluations.

• Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture, platform investments, technical dependencies, technical debt, scalability, reliability, and modernization.

• Simplify complex technical concepts for executive and non-technical audiences.

• Provide executives with insights into program health, roadmap progress, risks, and strategic decisions.

• Create status updates, business reviews, and presentations for leadership.

• Drive governance and frameworks for decision-making.

• Maintain program documents, roadmaps, project plans, and records in Jira and Confluence.

• Establish best practices for work management, sprint planning, dependency tracking, reporting, and documentation.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and workflow processes.

• Enhance planning, estimation, prioritization, and execution methodologies.

• Advocate for data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Program Management within SaaS, hosting, cloud, eCommerce, FinTech, or technology-focused organizations.

• Proven success in driving operational rigor, visibility, and scalable execution across Product and Engineering teams.

• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including roadmaps, backlogs, sprint planning, dependency tracking, reporting dashboards, workflow configuration, and cross-functional documentation.

• Experience in leading complex, cross-functional product and technical programs from strategic planning through execution.

• Familiarity with product-led growth, platform engineering, developer tools, or customer-facing digital products.

• Strong grasp of product development lifecycles, software engineering principles, and Agile methodologies.

• Capability to effectively partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, Architects, and Executive stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience in driving roadmap execution, managing dependencies, and delivering products to customers.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in navigating ambiguity, influencing without direct authority, and aligning diverse stakeholder groups.
