Senior Program Manager – Dignity and Unity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assist in the oversight and execution of Healthcare Anchor Network commitments and the priorities of Dignity and Unity.

• Lead governance, strategic planning, and implementation for Dignity and Unity leadership councils and steering committees.

• Administer Dignity and Unity programs, encompassing Employee Resource Groups, leadership development, and engagement initiatives.

• Provide guidance to leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners on inclusive and equitable talent practices.

• Create, analyze, and interpret data related to workforce, culture, engagement, retention, and patient satisfaction metrics.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in inclusive policies and practices to ensure compliance.

• Craft enterprise messaging and communications related to Dignity and Unity priorities and inclusive leadership.

• Assess Dignity and Unity Associate Experience Survey data and assist in formulating strategic action plans.

• Facilitate culturally competent learning experiences and training for leaders, hiring managers, and associates.

• Foster cross-functional partnerships and offer consulting, facilitation, and advisory support.

• Supervise analytics partnerships for dashboards, reports, and executive updates that monitor the progress and impact of strategic plans.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or Customer Relations is required.

• At least six years of experience in human resources and/or cultural competency is required.

• Minimum of six years of experience in analytics is required.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a multi-state/multi-entity organization is required.

• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and utilize data for programmatic decision-making.

• Experience overseeing large-scale programs/projects with organization-wide impact is essential.

• Capability to align and inspire stakeholders at all levels and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Competence in planning, organizing, and executing tactics that support organization-wide strategies.

• Proven ability to cultivate inclusive environments.

• Skill in building relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds, functions, and organizational levels.

• Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

• Strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email, intranet, internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to occasionally travel by car to off-site locations.
