Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of comprehensive program management for significant product initiatives.

• Develop and uphold master program plans while tracking milestones and dependencies.

• Foster alignment across various departments, simplifying complexities into clear priorities.

• Oversee and report on readiness for customer and partner engagement.

• Proactively identify potential risks and collaborate with stakeholders on contingency strategies.

• Establish success criteria for programs and effectively communicate progress to leadership.

• Conduct post-launch retrospectives to gather insights and learnings.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance program management efficiency.

• Promote continuous improvement within Product Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years or equivalent experience in program or project management.

• Demonstrated success in leading large, intricate, cross-functional initiatives within a tech or SaaS environment.

• Familiarity with AI tools for managing workflows, generating reports, and enhancing efficiency.

• Comfortable navigating both internal and external workstreams.

• Proven experience in tracking or monitoring readiness for customer- or partner-facing programs.

• Proficient in Jira, with expertise in planning and tracking complex tasks.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of balancing process with agility.

• Agile certifications and/or PMP credentials are advantageous.

• A degree in a relevant field is beneficial, though equivalent experience is preferred.
