This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.
• Lead the program team on a daily basis to enhance performance, ensure accountability, and achieve mission success.
• Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for the government, maintaining consistent, transparent, and proactive communication.
• Provide executive oversight for contractual, strategic, and operational decision-making in alignment with customer objectives.
• Monitor and report on quality assurance, program milestones, schedules, and more.
• Oversee the implementation and management of information systems and equipment in line with organizational policies and goals.
• Administer internal procedures and guidelines to diagnose and resolve technical issues across various systems and technologies, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Supervise the assessment of business needs and select IT hardware and software products that support internal business processes.
• Create comprehensive documentation of methodologies, processes, and specifications for the organization’s IT systems and assist in planning the organization’s IT roadmap.
• Allocate resources and manage the departmental budget to support and oversee IT projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Manage teams through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
• Contribute to strategic decisions impacting the functional area of responsibility.
• Address operational issues that require coordination with other departments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in Program Management.
• Certification in Program Management.
• Capability to obtain a NACI.
• Strategic Roadmap Development: Proficient in transforming business objectives into a multi-year technology strategy.
• Stakeholder Influence: Skilled at navigating complex organizational hierarchies to secure buy-in from C-suite executives and department heads.
• Change Management: Experienced in leading organizations through the cultural and operational transitions associated with new technology implementations.
• Conflict Resolution: Adept at mediating competing priorities among different project teams.
• SDLC Mastery: In-depth understanding of Software Development Life Cycles, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• IT Infrastructure & Architecture: Extensive knowledge of cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), cybersecurity frameworks, and data integration.
• Quality Assurance (QA) Oversight: Ensure that the cumulative output of all projects adheres to enterprise-grade standards.
• Risk Mitigation: Capable of identifying potential issues across multiple projects before they escalate into program-level failures.
• Resource Forecasting: Skilled in balancing human capital across various workstreams to avoid burnout and bottlenecks.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Proficient in using tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or Power BI to deliver transparent, real-time status updates to the organization.
