📋 Description

• Oversee the successful execution of multiple simultaneous software projects by creating cohesive program plans that guarantee timely and scope-compliant implementations, while enhancing customer experiences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams – including Practice Operations, Clinical Leadership, Revenue Cycle Management, Product Management, Engineering, Data, etc. – as well as third-party vendors, to eliminate obstacles, escalate challenges, and ensure accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

• Cultivate and sustain strong, trusted partnerships with executives and both business and clinical stakeholders, holding strategic partners responsible for fulfilling their commitments.

• Engage in project and product request intake, overseeing the review, scoping, and prioritization of initiatives.

• Transform product priorities into actionable execution plans, working alongside Product Management and Engineering leadership to enhance and consolidate throughput.

• Establish and oversee project governance frameworks, including charters, RAID logs, and status reporting mechanisms.

• Create comprehensive, data-driven project plans and forecasts, tracking and communicating progress, success metrics (both quantitative and qualitative), as well as risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.

• Deliver presentations and communications that demonstrate a thorough understanding of corporate and organizational priorities.

• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and change control procedures.

• Promote positive team dynamics and collaborative relationships to foster a healthy and productive work environment.

• Serve as a strategic partner and advocate for the customer within internal teams, pinpointing opportunities for product and experience enhancements.

• Document and disseminate project insights, innovations, data, and best practices to enhance team processes and delivery standards.

• Remain updated on relevant LifeStance product and solution offerings to align project objectives and outcomes with the evolving business landscape.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience managing enterprise software implementations in both small start-up settings and large enterprise organizations.

• At least 5 years in a customer-facing project management position, preferably within a professional services, solution delivery, or consulting role in the healthcare sector.

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams of 10 or more in complex settings, influencing decisions and actions without direct authority, while successfully driving projects to completion under tight deadlines.

• Comprehensive knowledge of product management processes and Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum certification is advantageous).

• Proficient in project governance practices, risk management, and utilizing tools such as RAID/IRAAD logs, status reports, project charters, critical path diagrams, burndown charts, and production readiness plans.

• Strong familiarity with popular project management software platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Monday, etc.).

• Experience with one or more widely-used enterprise EHR software platforms (AdvancedMD, Epic, Athena, Oracle, etc.).

• Functional knowledge of behavioral health use cases, business and clinical workflows, as well as privacy and data standards (HIPAA, SOC2, etc.).

• Expertise in navigating and linking individuals and organizations by identifying, managing, and simplifying complex interdependencies.

• Strong analytical skills, with experience utilizing one or more common enterprise BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) to extract actionable insights from extensive data sets.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft and deliver presentations tailored to diverse audiences and stakeholders, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in written communications, status reports, and project plans.

• An inherent problem-solver who excels in ambiguity and approaches every challenge with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

• A high-energy, team-oriented demeanor with the capacity to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
