MIOS Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversees the MSTC Instructor/Operator personnel.

• Responsible for managing all facets, including staffing, budgeting, and resource distribution, in line with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

• Directs the execution of medical simulation training programs that support Combat Medics, Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), and other related military medical instruction.

• Ensures adherence to contract stipulations and government regulations.

• Evaluates training programs for their effectiveness and provides recommendations for enhancements.

• Oversees the upkeep and inventory of training aids, devices, simulators, and simulations (TADSS).

• Performs all other duties as assigned within the program's scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of five (5) years of program management experience in support of DOW or military contracts.

• Previous experience as a 68W Combat Medic or 18D.

• Extensive knowledge of Army medical doctrine, TCCC guidelines, and training support packages (TSPs).

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

• Strong leadership and analytical abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Capability to secure and maintain the necessary security clearance.
