This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee engineering and operations activities:
• Manage feature requests and draft business requirements.
• Prioritize engineering tasks in collaboration with internal and OEM stakeholders.
• Organize system updates for new model years, including service plan, VMG, and accessory trigger updates.
• Facilitate national product and significant feature launches:
• Collaborate with the Account Management Team and delivery departments to plan pilots, including setting objectives and success criteria.
• Arrange training sessions for OEM corporate, OEM field, dealers, Affinitiv internal and external field representatives, and support representatives.
• Coordinate rollout efforts with the Account Team and delivery departments, establishing a feedback loop.
• Accountable for generating internal and OEM reports:
• Metrics for account success.
• Executive-level internal reports on program success metrics.
• Monthly and/or ad hoc reports to OEM as required.
• Organize client quarterly business reviews (QBRs) in collaboration with the Account Management Team.
• Facilitate client executive business reviews (EBRs) alongside the Account Management Team.
• Work with delivery departments and the Account Management Team to document and maintain, as necessary, the following:
• Release notes (and distribute to various audiences including OEM Corporate, OEM field, dealers, and internal and external field representatives).
• Online training materials for dealers, field representatives, and OEM personnel.
• OEM integrations (e.g., file feeds and APIs).
• Program-specific feature/reporting logic and other considerations unique to the program.
• Manage meetings and schedules:
• Organize internal meetings and draft, store, and distribute notes.
• Schedule OEM stakeholder meetings and draft, store, and disseminate notes.
• Maintain a monthly meeting calendar in conjunction with other team members and the Account Management Team.
• Lead weekly internal cross-department status calls.
• Contribute to and maintain quality standards at Affinitiv.
• Conduct program reviews for OEM-specific features to verify functionality against business requirements when feasible.
• Ensure that customer communications, whether authored or reviewed by the Program Manager, are professional and reflect positively on the Company.
• Provide escalation support for OEM:
• Address support escalations from OEM and field representatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in external client management.
• Proven ability to build strong, trusting client relationships is preferred.
• Experience supporting sales teams.
• Managing SaaS client relationships is a plus.
• Familiarity with standard SDLC processes and methodologies.
• Strong critical reasoning skills.
• Proficient in Excel at a moderate level or higher.
• Experience with Jira is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in analyzing business requirements.
• Proficient in writing functional requirements.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable presenting to clients and executive leadership teams.
• Background in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Experience in providing software consulting services is favorable.
