This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide support for Systems-Level Programs through Project & Program Management.

• Engage in programs that encompass various systems, which includes the development of project plans and documentation, as well as facilitating cross-functional workstreams to ensure the achievement of key business objectives.

• Identify risks, track dependencies, recognize issues, and manage changes in projects and programs.

• Leverage AI tools, specifically Claude and Gemini, demonstrating a robust understanding of their application within program management workflows, such as synthesis, documentation, intake triage, stakeholder communication, and scalable process design.

• Design and scale AI-driven processes to minimize manual tasks, enhance consistency, and accelerate execution.

• Assist in pinpointing and escalating issues across systems where responsibility is shared.

• Promote accountability across cross-functional programs on behalf of Brand Partnerships and other commercial teams, ensuring that critical deliverables are clearly assigned, prioritized, and executed in alignment with business outcomes.

• Aid in the automation development of knowledge management resources, issue tracking and escalation workflows, as well as documentation and process standardization.

• Monitor program health, risks, and dependencies.

• Ensure stakeholders receive clear updates and maintain visibility into progress.

• Actively identify blockers and facilitate resolutions.

• Take ownership of designing and continuously improving processes and programs to support commercial objectives.

• Drive alignment with cross-functional team OKRs, roadmaps, and prioritization.

• Support Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution.

• Assist in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for product launches and partnerships.

• Monitor launch readiness, dependencies, and critical milestones.

• Collaborate with Brand Partnerships and Enablement teams to support in-market execution.

• Develop automation workflows that enhance visibility across teams.

• Provide structure to ambiguity and facilitate scalable execution.

• Help identify gaps in processes, ownership, and alignment.

• Contribute to the establishment of frameworks, trackers, and operational rhythms.

• Assist in prioritizing and coordinating across various workstreams.

• Support the creation of repeatable processes, templates, and tools.

• Aid in streamlining workflows to lessen manual effort.

• Contribute to enhancing team collaboration and execution.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration and leadership.

• Demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams while managing multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.

• Identify and assemble cross-functional teams necessary for the successful launch of projects and programs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand key challenges and opportunities when involved in a project or program.

• Support the end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives across Commercial teams, Eversight, and Brand Partnerships.

• Translate business objectives into clear timelines, deliverables, and execution plans.

• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or similar roles.

• Demonstrated fluency with AI, utilizing LLMs and/or automation platforms to optimize workflows and enhance program efficiency.

• Experience in supporting cross-functional initiatives.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a background in keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Capacity to translate intricate technical and operational challenges into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders.

• Strong decision-making skills, including the ability to highlight trade-offs and guide teams towards alignment.

• Established track record in building relationships, managing conflicts, and influencing cross-functional partners without direct authority.

• Proven history of improving processes, resolving issues, and developing scalable systems that minimize friction.

• A robust program and project management toolkit, capable of applying best practices based on program requirements.

• Strong critical thinking abilities, with the capability to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities across programs.

• Ability to handle competing priorities, communicate trade-offs, and concentrate on the most impactful work.

• Strong business acumen, with the ability to align program execution with revenue, customer outcomes, and business goals.

• Experience in leading during transitions and assisting teams in adopting new processes, tools, and methodologies.
