This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Assist in executing intricate, multi-project healthcare initiatives within public sector settings.
• Integrate program coordination, governance assistance, and organized technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, and delivery teams.
• Maintain oversight of schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting.
• Ensure that program artifacts are precise, comprehensive, and ready for decision-making.
• Create and manage high-quality documentation that facilitates implementation, governance, and knowledge transfer.
• Monitor actions, approvals, and follow-ups to sustain delivery progress.
• Prepare and sustain governance artifacts such as dashboards, executive packs, and reports.
• Partner with SMEs to collect, verify, and enhance content across both technical and business areas.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (healthcare management, business, IT, or similar).
• An advanced degree, like an MBA, is highly preferred.
• PRINCE2, PMP, PMBOK, or PMI certification is advantageous.
• 3–7 years of experience in PMO, program coordination, project support, or technical documentation roles.
• Experience in assisting complex, multi-project programs within structured governance frameworks.
• Proven experience in generating technical or implementation documentation in delivery environments.
• Background working with cross-functional SMEs (technical, integration, business).
• Familiarity with healthcare or public sector programs is highly desirable.
• Competitive salary package based on experience and performance.
