This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Program Manager is tasked with leading and coordinating multiple interconnected projects and programs within a designated strategic portfolio, ensuring execution from initiation to successful outcomes and benefits realization.
• This role also encompasses managing and mentoring project managers while contributing to the ongoing development and enhancement of the enterprise program management office (ePMO).
• The Program Manager is accountable for establishing and nurturing relationships with key leaders and stakeholders to foster continuity, alignment, and collaboration within a portfolio of strategic initiatives.
• Occasional travel may be necessary for on-site projects or team meetings.
• Prioritize, plan, and oversee strategic enterprise projects and programs.
• Ensure alignment with program strategy and manage dependencies, risks, and issues through proactive mitigation, escalation, and resolution.
• Lead cross-functional teams and oversee shared resources across various projects.
• Monitor program goals, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, eliminating obstacles to success.
• Spearhead change management initiatives for assigned projects and programs to facilitate change readiness, adoption, and realization of business value.
• Collaborate across functions with executive sponsors, department leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure successful execution of initiatives and alignment with strategic priorities, while adapting to changing circumstances and navigating complex scenarios.
• Report on program status, risks, and dependencies to the ePMO Director and senior stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.
• Provide precise program metrics and insights to support portfolio-level reporting and executive dashboards.
• Foster transparency and accountability across programs through effective reporting, compliance with established governance standards, and communication practices that clarify ambiguity.
• Guide and mentor Project Managers to ensure consistent and successful project delivery, offering direction and clarity in complex or ambiguous situations.
• Collaborate with the ePMO Director to refine and enhance processes, tools, and governance standards to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in project and/or program management.
• At least 2 years in a leadership position with direct people management responsibilities.
• Experience in managing enterprise-wide transformation or large-scale change programs.
• Strong comprehension of project and program management methodologies.
• Ability to influence and lead through collaboration and matrixed relationships.
• Proven ability to adapt, exercise sound judgment, and be solution-oriented in a dynamic environment, effectively navigating ambiguity, clarifying complex situations, and driving progress.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, leadership, resource management, stakeholder engagement, and communication.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to synthesize complex information for decision-makers.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, collaboration, and outcomes.
