This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead comprehensive financial governance across designated programs, ensuring accuracy and predictability in forecasts, revenue, backlog, risks and opportunities (R&Os), and funding management.
• Transform program data into actionable insights, identifying risks early and facilitating mitigation in collaboration with Program Managers and Delivery Leadership.
• Maintain a structured approach to financial discipline, ensuring program performance meets organizational objectives.
• Supervise all facets of Project Services Automation (PSA) accuracy, including project initiation, resource allocation, timecard adherence, subcontractor invoice processing, and billing activities.
• Establish and uphold operational guidelines to ensure consistent, compliant, and auditable project execution across the portfolio.
• Oversee subcontractor operations from start to finish: including purchase order creation and extensions, funding monitoring, invoice reconciliation, audit documentation, and vendor performance management.
• Ensure all subcontractor activities adhere to contract stipulations, support program integrity, and facilitate timely financial processes.
• Create high-quality financial and operational documentation for Program Management Reviews (PMR) and Executive Management Reviews (EMR), ensuring clarity and alignment with leadership expectations.
• Monitor follow-up actions across programs and drive accountability among stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in Program Management, Program Operations, Financial Governance, or a related discipline.
• Excellent time management skills with the capability to handle multiple programs concurrently.
• Proficient in collaboration, customer engagement, and delivering visible value to a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Competent in Microsoft and PC-based applications.
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility/access.
• Familiarity with Certinia PSA, Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Proven track record of enhancing processes, fostering operational excellence, and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the skill to convert data into executive-ready insights.
• Experience supporting cleared government programs or contract-oriented environments.
