This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Provide strategic oversight for business operations, finance, and program control at the division level within the Defense and Intelligence Operating Group.
• Support and lead the division's Program Management Office.
• Report on and manage division outcomes while engaging directly with the Division Vice President/General Manager, Operations Vice Presidents, and President.
• Develop financial data and metrics related to programs.
• Lead efforts in program budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee financial tracking and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of financial programs.
• Follow up on audit resolutions and corrective actions.
• Analyze financial data on a monthly basis and contribute to the long-term strategic planning process.
• Coordinate and take part in month-end closing using knowledge of government accounting.
• Manage a remote team operating across multiple locations.
• Act as a business partner and advisor to leadership concerning program financial issues.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 10 years of equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in Program Control/Program Finance within a federal government contracting context.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Competence with Microsoft Office suite.
• Advanced working knowledge of Costpoint, TM1, and Cognos.
• Strong accounting foundation, including experience with month-end closing processes.
• Background in Program Finance & Analysis.
• Familiarity with rates and service centers.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing financial data, financial reporting, and forecasting.
• Experience with pricing contracts and submitting new business proposals.
• Experience in developing financial models, including EACs and ad-hoc analysis.
• Proven track record of partnering with various organizations and supporting Program Management and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
• Successful completion of a background investigation, including criminal history and identity verification.
