
Senior Program Analyst – CCN NG Technology Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Lead the coordination of multiple workstreams for CCN NG and VFMP technology implementation projects, overseeing cross-functional dependencies among VA business and IT teams to ensure schedule synchronization and timely achievement of program milestones.
• Assist in Agile development activities including Program Increment (PI) planning, sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and optimization of JIRA-based workflows to sustain visibility and momentum across technical workstreams.
• Track and manage program timelines, pinpointing and escalating scheduling risks, formulating mitigation strategies, and maintaining integrated master schedules that accurately reflect real-time status across all active workstreams.
• Facilitate coordination and communication among stakeholders across VA program offices, IT organizations, and external EDI partners, preparing briefings, status reports, meeting minutes, and executive summaries to keep leadership updated on program health.
• Assess healthcare systems integration requirements and EDI workflows to uncover gaps, inefficiencies, or technical readiness risks, and formulate data-driven recommendations that align with CCN NG modernization goals.
• Sustain program governance documentation including risk registers, action item logs, decision logs, and artifact repositories in compliance with VA and federal contracting standards, ensuring that program records are always audit-ready.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or program analysis.
• At least 3 years of direct support for federal healthcare programs at the enterprise level.
• A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in supporting VA, VHA, or other federal agency program offices on large-scale modernization, systems integration, or technical readiness initiatives within the last year.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a VA Position of Public Trust clearance (minimum Background Investigation); active eligibility for VA network access is preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work for any U.S. federal government contractor without sponsorship, in adherence to federal contracting regulations.
