This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Delivers advanced analytical and program management assistance to ensure the effective execution of intricate programs.
• Oversees program evaluations, manages deliverables, and collaborates with stakeholders to meet program goals.
• Tracks program performance, recognizes risks, and applies mitigation strategies to secure successful results.
• Gathers, analyzes, and interprets program data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Creates comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to convey findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Enhances communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
• Identifies opportunities to refine program processes and enhance efficiency.
• Aids organizational change initiatives by proposing and executing process improvements.
• Offers guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
• Contributes to departmental and organizational planning by providing valuable insights and recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Over 4 years of experience in program analysis, project management, or a similar area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for interpreting complex data and generating actionable insights.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in presenting to stakeholders.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Extensive experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Python for data analysis).
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2).
• Experience in conducting cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, or ROI evaluations.
• Familiarity with federal or state government program management processes.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and their application.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams or managing small projects autonomously.
• Strong technical writing skills for developing program documentation, proposals, and reports.
