Senior Program Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the analysis and assessment of the effectiveness of suicide prevention programs.

• Create and implement program reviews along with performance evaluations.

• Produce detailed program reports, presentations, and performance dashboards.

• Identify and evaluate program resources necessary for planning and implementation.

• Assist in the daily operations of program execution.

• Keep abreast of evolving policies, research, and best practices in Veterans' mental health and suicide prevention.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in program analysis, evaluation, or healthcare program management.

• A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Public Health, Health Administration, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field is essential.

• Previous experience in supporting VA, VHA, or other federal health agency initiatives.

• Capability to secure and retain a VA PIV credential and fulfill the necessary background check.

• Proven expertise in creating program evaluation frameworks, performance measurement strategies, and producing written reports or executive briefings.
