Senior Professional Services Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Design and execute Illumio’s product for basic customer implementations, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of product functionalities, deployment models, and industry best practices.

• Evaluate and address a diverse array of customer-related issues concerning deployment, configuration, and policy by utilizing advanced analytical and problem-solving techniques.

• Analyze atypical or unclear situations, pinpoint underlying causes, and devise innovative, effective solutions—even in the absence of established precedents or documentation.

• Assess risks, implications, and trade-offs when determining the most suitable course of action, demonstrating sound judgment and professional discretion.

• Identify gaps or opportunities for enhancement in customer deployment strategies and security policies, recommending necessary modifications.

• Proactively manage personal priorities, deadlines, and workload with minimal daily oversight as a self-motivated professional.

• Collaborate with senior team members to confirm architectural strategies and enhance the application of product features in customer environments.

• Share new ideas, improvements, and insights, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the Professional Services organization.

• Serve as a trusted customer advocate by providing solutions with a Customer First, Always approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of principles, practices, and methodologies within Professional Services or a related technical field.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to assess incomplete information and adjust existing strategies to new scenarios.

• Demonstrated capability to work independently as a self-starter while recognizing when to seek assistance for new or higher-risk tasks.

• Experience in supporting customer-facing deployments, implementations, or technical engagements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.

• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, enabling effective support for local customers and partners.
