Senior Professional Services Consultant – Microsoft Modern Workplace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver professional services that encompass infrastructure consulting, design, implementation, configuration, and knowledge transfer for clients of Logicalis.

• Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert, offering implementation guidance to clients.

• Execute comprehensive solution implementations, which include solution designs, implementation plans, and documentation.

• Develop Logicalis standards pertaining to scoping, documentation, and implementations.

• Offer guidance and recommendations for new technical services and solutions.

• Lead project teams to ensure successful implementations.

• Provide expert integration and customized consulting services.

• Design, plan, implement, validate, test, document, and support solutions while providing knowledge transfer and troubleshooting assistance.

• Gather client requirements, create solutions, and build proofs of concept along with implementations.

• Deliver consultative knowledge transfer and documentation to clients.

• Collaborate with RMO and PMO to schedule and manage engagements effectively.

• Conduct client assessments, health checks, performance testing, and capacity planning.

• Engage in product evaluation, process improvement, and practice refinement.

• Build and maintain client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Stay informed about applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Execute responsibilities in alignment with the customer service expectations of Logicalis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or an accepted equivalent combination.

• 8 years of experience in design, consulting, implementation, and support of Microsoft solutions.

• Experience with implementing and migrating Active Directory.

• Familiarity with Office 365 migrations from various Exchange versions and hybrid enterprise environments.

• Experience in implementing Microsoft 365 security and management solutions.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Intune, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Sentinel, and Entra ID Protection.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business integration and deployment.

• General knowledge of Quest On Demand Migration, MigrationWiz, and ShareGate.

• Proficient in PowerShell scripting.

• Competent in using Microsoft Office applications.

• Possession of two or more recognized Microsoft certifications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with professional interaction capabilities with external clients and internal teams.

• Ability to consult thoroughly with clients to define their requirements and scope of work.

• Strong organizational, administrative, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

• Capacity to manage complex projects and multiple client requests effectively.

• Willingness to travel nationally to meet clients.

• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
