Senior Professional Services Consultant – German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Take the lead on individual customer engagements and manage larger global customer implementations.

• Oversee the complete customer onboarding process, including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Rollout, and Adoption Monitoring.

• Assist the sales team with complex scoping needs and showcase Wrike’s professional services offerings.

• Keep precise client records and track key milestones using Wrike, Salesforce, and other systems.

• Ensure the successful completion of customer engagements while meeting essential success metrics.

• Act as a customer advocate and help prioritize new product features.

• Work closely with Product and internal stakeholders to pinpoint short-term solutions and influence the product roadmap.

• Guarantee seamless transitions before and after engagements with internal cross-functional teams.

• Represent the DACH region with fluency in language and culture.

• Provide mentorship to junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in consulting and customer-facing positions.

• Proven experience in project management.

• Certifications in Agile, PMI, Lean, or similar methodologies are advantageous.

• Strong ability to comprehend complex customer processes and define clear implementation objectives.

• In-depth knowledge of change management principles.

• Expertise in a specific industry or customer segment, such as Marketing/Creative, IT, Professional Services, or PMO.

• Capability to engage in technical discussions and present options and strategies for digital transformation.

• Strong collaboration skills with Sales on account planning.

• Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication abilities.

• Effective communication skills with executive stakeholders.

• Proficiency in managing challenging audiences and complex client relationships.

• Demonstrated thought leadership and knowledge of industry best practices.

• Strong accountability and ownership of work responsibilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of the DACH market and fluency in German; a native German speaker is required.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Extensive consulting expertise.

• A relevant university degree is a notable advantage, though not mandatory.

• Experience in SaaS is a notable advantage.
