Senior Professional Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops for discovering business processes.

• Document functional requirements and design solutions.

• Configure Kinetic applications to align with business needs.

• Identify and document gaps in processes, risks, and strategies for mitigation.

• Offer guidance on industry best practices and enhancements to processes.

• Assist with data migration strategies, validation, and reconciliation tasks.

• Aid in resolving issues during the implementation phase and post-go-live stabilization.

• Manage project scope and recognize potential change requests.

• Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, reports, and customizations.

• Lead the planning for cutover and assess go-live readiness.

• Engage with members of cross-functional teams.

• Support the Project Manager in defining project direction, timelines, schedules, and activities.

• Build strong working relationships within the Epicor and customer organizations.

• Create precise estimates for project tasks and work packages.

• Ensure timely delivery of assigned project deliverables within budget constraints.

• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions with colleagues.

• Keep certifications and knowledge current regarding new and enhanced products.

• Pursue certifications in areas beyond core competencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or manufacturing accounting, including proven success and knowledge.

• At least 5 years of consulting experience is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience is acceptable.

• Commitment to ongoing technical certifications to stay updated with industry and product developments.
