Senior Professional Services Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Serve as a reliable partner for commercial clients, assisting them in utilizing Sayari products and expertise to assess exposure to risks associated with global business partners and supply chains.

• Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures while providing screening and adjudication support for business and supply chain associates.

• Develop, present, and summarize compliance reports and case analyses for commercial stakeholders.

• Offer prompt client assistance regarding supply chain matters, including entity-level risk assessments and detention response teams.

• Maintain proficiency and devise innovative strategies for critical and emerging customer needs.

• Collaborate with the Revenue team to identify and pursue opportunities for enhancing customer engagements.

• Provide insights to Product teams as a key user of Sayari products.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in supply chain risk screening, trade compliance, export controls, sanctions, or related analysis/investigations; relevant educational experience can be counted towards this requirement.

• 2-5+ years of experience with a proven track record in customer interactions and/or presentations.

• At least 1 year of experience in AI prompt engineering activities.

• Excellent writing skills.

• Knowledge of global regulations including import/export, third-party risk, ESG, sanctions, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to independently plan and manage projects while quickly and accurately learning new subjects.

• Ability to deliver high-standard projects within tight deadlines.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Preferred: professional proficiency in Chinese, Russian, Spanish, or French.

• Preferred: familiarity with open-source investigative methods, LexisNexis, and PACER.
