This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Anticipate, monitor, and assess resource allocation needs, assignments, and availability for designated projects.

• Facilitate efficient utilization and forecasting of clinical staffing requirements in specified geographical regions.

• Assess resource allocation and contribute to ensuring suitable project-team composition across various therapeutic areas.

• Monitor resource requirements and assignments; manage intake, follow-up, and resolution of resource requests.

• Maintain the project module within the system.

• Assess resource requests, availability, and assignments in collaboration with other departments.

• Select personnel for assignments based on client specifications, employee qualifications, therapeutic needs, location, and availability.

• Conduct weekly resourcing meetings and disseminate resourcing reports.

• Update roll-off dates and assignments for clinical personnel.

• Coordinate, monitor, and distribute CVs; act as a liaison with the CV administration team.

• Collaborate with internal departments regarding upcoming work, RFPs, and bid defense meetings.

• Utilize resourcing dashboards and tools to reconcile and ensure quality control of departmental reports.

• Generate monthly resourcing forecasts and utilization reports for senior management.

• Identify and propose available resources.

• Undertake initiatives to enhance and streamline the resourcing process, including long-term metrics and forecasts.

• Mentor and support the training of new team members.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent relevant academic or vocational qualification.

• Over 2 years of relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.

• Familiarity with project resourcing and forecasting, along with relevant tracking/forecasting tools.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

• Strong problem-solving and facilitation capabilities.

• Understanding of relational databases and the ability to generate reports.

• Skill in gathering, interpreting, and evaluating information from diverse resources.

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and multitask with minimal supervision.

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

• Understanding of expectations and resources necessary for effective project team staffing.

• Occasional travel to site locations may be required.

• Potential for occasional travel as needed.
