Junior NOC Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Actively oversee all production networks, applications, and services.

• Address and resolve alerts and alarms following standard operating procedures.

• Record all issues within a ticketing system.

• Elevate alerts and issues to the relevant Support team and collaborate with them for a timely resolution.

• Assess alerts, identify root causes, and execute network or software troubleshooting.

• Manage incident responses and coordinate with site technicians, third-party vendors, and other IT teams.

• Supervise networks and servers for any hardware, software, or environmental failures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems and networks.

• Familiarity with issue and ticket tracking systems.

• Proficient English language skills – B2 level or higher.

• Ability to articulate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in participating in high-priority incident bridge calls and drafting post-mortem reports.

• Preferred certifications include Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+/Security+, ITIL Foundation, or AWS/Azure Fundamentals.
