This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of analysis that influences product and marketing strategies, focusing on channel performance, acquisition costs, conversion rates, and customer booking and retention habits.
• Evaluate marketing attribution models by integrating click-level data with modeled credit for bookings that were not tracked.
• Develop and deploy intermediate dbt models.
• Manage the entire process of experiment analysis, including test sizing, interpretation of results, and conveying conclusions.
• Create reports in Hex and enhance self-service analytics capabilities.
• Define and document business metrics.
• Leverage AI tools in your work and contribute to the formation of an AI-first data team.
• Proficient in SQL with practical experience in a cloud data warehouse; Snowflake preferred, or BigQuery or Redshift.
• Strong experience with dbt, including incremental models, tests, macros, and project structuring.
• Familiarity with web tracking instrumentation and data collection methods.
• Practical experience with Segment and management of clickstream event schemas.
• Proficient in Python, covering ingestion, orchestration, and service code.
• Experience with modern orchestration tools such as Dagster, Airflow, or Prefect, including features like retries, backfills, and freshness.
• Understanding of infrastructure-as-code and cloud fundamentals.
• Experience with AWS using CDK or Terraform is preferred.
• Capability to deploy and troubleshoot infrastructure.
• Well-versed in using AI tools; experience with MCP is particularly valuable.
• Strong multitasking and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently within a remote team environment.
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
