This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Anticipate, monitor, and determine resource allocation necessities, assignments, and availability for designated projects.
• Facilitate effective utilization and forecasting of clinical resource labor requirements by geographical location.
• Ensure suitable project-team composition across various therapeutic areas.
• Oversee the intake, follow-up, and resolution of resource requests.
• Maintain project modules within the system.
• Assess resource requests, availability, and assignments.
• Identify personnel for assignments based on client needs, employee backgrounds, therapeutic requirements, geography, and availability.
• Lead weekly resourcing meetings and disseminate reports.
• Update roll-off dates and assignments for clinical project resources.
• Coordinate, track, and distribute CVs; collaborate with CV administrators to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal departments regarding resourcing for upcoming projects, RFPs, and bid defense meetings.
• Utilize resourcing dashboards and tools to reconcile and quality-control departmental reports.
• Prepare monthly resourcing forecasts and utilization reports for senior management.
• Identify and submit proposals for available resources.
• Undertake initiatives to enhance and streamline resourcing, including long-term metrics and projections.
• Mentor and assist in training new staff.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualifications.
• 2+ years of relevant experience, or a combination of education, training, and directly related experience.
• Familiarity with project resourcing and forecasting as well as applicable tracking and forecasting tools.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of relational databases with the ability to generate reports.
• Capable of gathering, interpreting, and evaluating information to make informed decisions and recommendations.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of the expectations and resourcing required to effectively staff project teams.
