Senior Professional Services Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Serve as a reliable partner for commercial clients, assisting them in utilizing Sayari products and expertise to evaluate and quantify exposure to global business partner and supply chain risks.

• Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures while providing screening and adjudication support for business and supply chain partners.

• Prepare, present, and summarize compliance reports and case analyses for commercial stakeholders.

• Offer prompt client assistance with supply chain challenges, including entity-level risk and detention response teams.

• Maintain subject matter expertise and innovate strategies for critical and emerging customer priorities.

• Collaborate with the Revenue team to identify and pursue opportunities for enhancing customer engagements.

• Provide insights to Product teams as an in-house superuser of Sayari products.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in conducting supply chain risk assessments, trade compliance, export controls, sanctions, or similar analyses/investigations in relevant industries or sectors.

• Relevant educational background can be considered as part of the experience.

• 2–5+ years of experience with a proven track record in client interactions and/or briefings.

• 1+ year of experience in AI prompt engineering tasks.

• Exceptional writing skills.

• Knowledge of global regulations, including import/export, third-party risk, ESG, sanctions, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to independently plan and manage projects while quickly and accurately learning new subject matter.

• Ability to deliver projects to a high standard under tight deadlines.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Desired: professional fluency in Chinese, Russian, Spanish, or French.

• Desired: familiarity with open source investigative methods, LexisNexis, and PACER.
