Senior Product Stewardship Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Safety Data Sheets (SDS), overseeing the creation, writing, review, and upkeep of SDS in accordance with international hazard communication standards.

• Administer regulatory compliance data and manage SAP reporting activities associated with product stewardship.

• Ensure the collection, evaluation, and documentation of new or updated product chemical information in relevant systems to meet compliance and reporting requirements.

• Collaborate with Global and Central Product Stewardship teams, as well as regional partners, to maintain ongoing compliance, manage changes, and support the development of new products.

• Examine product ingredients and bills of materials against REACH SVHC requirements and other Materials of Concern (MOC).

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Biology, or a similar scientific field (Master’s degree is preferred).

• At least 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, or EH&S, with a strong emphasis on hazard communication.

• Familiarity with key regulations in North America and Europe, including: US OSHA 2012 Hazard Communication Standard, US OSHA 1994 Hazard Communication Standard, WHMIS, DSD/DPD, REACH, CLP.

• Understanding of the UN GHS (Globally Harmonized System).

• Willingness to travel up to 10% for work-related purposes.
