This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop clear, value-driven strategies for products and platforms in collaboration with business units and teams.
• Assist teams during the discovery phase and in clarifying structured problems.
• Organize requirements based on value streams and capabilities.
• Aid in prioritization decisions by emphasizing business impact over feature demands.
• Collaborate directly with Product Owners, stakeholders, and business units through pairing, workshops, and sparring sessions.
• Bridge the perspectives of business, IT, and management to foster a common understanding of value.
• Create lightweight governance frameworks focusing on outcomes and effectiveness.
• Empower organizations to make independent product decisions grounded in sound reasoning and aligned with genuine target visions.
• Contribute to the development of product-oriented organizational structures within client environments.
• Support the ongoing enhancement of decision-making and prioritization processes.
• A completed degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent IT qualification with several years of practical experience.
• Extensive professional experience in product management, business analysis, digital transformation, or a similar interface role.
• Ability to effectively mediate between business, technology, and organizational perspectives.
• A structured and analytical approach to tackling complex problems.
• Experience collaborating with teams, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary groups.
• Strong knowledge of discovery, prioritization, and value-centric product development.
• Initial to good practical experience with methodologies such as Design Thinking, Discovery, Value Stream Mapping, Capability Mapping, or relevant governance models.
• Confidence in transparently deriving decisions, advocating for them, and evolving them through dialogue.
• Focus on value contributions instead of features, actively driving changes in product logic within organizations.
• Development of value-generating, prioritized, and actionable products, along with the sustainable enablement of teams for independent implementation.
• High eagerness to learn and openness to further develop methodological and strategic competencies.
• Proficiency in German (C2) and English (C1).
