This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Build and nurture robust relationships with healthcare stakeholders within the hospital environment.
• Identify potential leads, expand market share, boost revenue, and minimize customer attrition.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for orders and revenue; optimize profit margins on both equipment and service contract sales.
• Utilize extensive product knowledge in the Patient Monitoring and Patient Care portfolio to stimulate funnel growth in the region.
• Exhibit proficiency in understanding customers’ installed base and create sales proposals aligned with their annual budgeting processes.
• Work in conjunction with the account community team to develop and support negotiated strategies.
• Shorten cycle time by utilizing Salesforce.com (CRM tool) to monitor customer and account activities, enhance visibility, increase market share, and prioritize the sales funnel.
• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience; OR Bachelor's Degree and a graduate of the GE HealthCare CLP program.
• Proven experience in presenting complex information both verbally and in writing to decision makers.
• Must reside within the territory and be prepared to travel throughout Oklahoma and Kansas.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
• Proficient in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Strong project management skills are required.
