• Maximize Product Value: Ensure that the product achieves the highest possible value from the development team's efforts while fulfilling all established objectives.
• Define Delivery Strategy: Collaborate with the engineering team to develop a clear execution strategy and establish delivery timelines.
• Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with both technical and business strategies.
• Story Definition: Work alongside the squad to formulate Epics and Stories, confirming they adhere to the squad’s Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
• Scrum Leadership: Guide and facilitate essential Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint demos.
• Project Tracking & Communication: Lead the development of sprint and release plans, monitor progress against timelines, and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Impediment Mitigation: Actively identify and eliminate obstacles that may hinder the squad's ability to achieve its goals.
• Vision Stewardship: Engage in shaping and maintaining the overall product vision from design through to deployment.
• Process Transformation Experience: A proven history of effectively streamlining and transforming internal business processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: A demonstrated ability to work with Technical Owners on an Agile squad to ensure reliable, high-quality software delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Outstanding communication skills for collaboration with Product Managers, Architects, Security teams, DBAs, UX Designers, and customers.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to convert complex business or technical challenges into actionable, clearly defined solutions.
• Agile/Scrum Expertise: Extensive practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
• Advanced Technology/AI Acumen: Ability to keep abreast of emerging technologies, particularly in relation to the evolving Artificial Intelligence (AI) landscape.
• Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of software architecture, database administration, and security to facilitate collaboration with technical stakeholders.
