This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the global DTC upper funnel experience.
• Develop and implement a product roadmap that harmonizes exceptional customer experiences with measurable effects on conversion rates, average order value, and revenue.
• Discover, test, and deploy AI-driven and personalized experiences that assist site visitors in comprehending Oura and selecting the most suitable offering.
• Collaborate with Data, ML, and Engineering teams to prototype and scale agentic and personalized experiences that enhance user satisfaction and revenue outcomes.
• Keep abreast of emerging AI and experimentation tools, presenting practical ideas that can be rapidly tested and scaled worldwide.
• Absorb Oura’s product lineup (hardware, membership, software features) to create an inspiring site experience that boosts conversion rates.
• Provide strategic guidance to support ongoing Marketing campaigns aimed at extending ouraring.com.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative insights to craft engaging buying experiences for diverse audiences, markets, and contexts.
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to ensure experiences are localized and transcreated (not merely translated) across key markets.
• Develop scalable frameworks for localization, campaign launches, and content updates in essential markets.
• Direct a thorough experimentation program and translate insights gained into roadmap priorities and subsequent iterations.
• Formulate and test hypotheses (based on data) to maintain a fast-paced pipeline of A/B testing.
• Work closely with Product Design, Engineering, and Marketing to execute initiatives from start to finish – on schedule and within budget.
• Produce clear PRDs, experimentation briefs, and decision documents that articulate problem statements, hypotheses, requirements, edge cases, and success metrics.
• Foster a culture of excellence, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making within the DTC organization.
• Over 7 years of product management experience, with significant ownership in growth, eCommerce, or upper-funnel customer experiences at scale, preferably in a global DTC setting.
• Demonstrated success in launching features and experiments that significantly enhance business metrics such as conversion, revenue, engagement, or average order value.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing experiments from start to finish, including hypothesis development, test design, rollout, analysis, and iteration.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make product and experimentation trade-offs in uncertain conditions.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management abilities in high-growth, high-ambiguity situations.
• Profound empathy for users and a solid product sense across diverse global customer segments and purchasing contexts.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts into clear and engaging customer-facing experiences.
• Comfortable collaborating with brand, creative, content, and marketing partners while upholding high standards for clarity, conversion, and user trust.
• An inclination towards action, experimentation, and continuous learning, accompanied by humility, curiosity, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Experience with personalization, AI-driven experiences, or experimentation platforms in a consumer or eCommerce environment is advantageous.
