Senior Product Manager, Student & Staff Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision for both student and staff experiences.

• Develop interactive prototypes quickly.

• Deliver prototypes that are 70 to 80% complete.

• Conduct customer discovery sessions.

• Lead prioritization with a disciplined approach.

• Create problem statements and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

• Collaborate closely with the engineering team.

• Work in partnership with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams.

• Establish and monitor relevant metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.

• Extensive experience with K-12 EdTech products.

• Proven expertise in AI prototyping.

• Demonstrated success in conducting customer discovery independently.

• In-depth understanding of the K-12 educational environment.

• Knowledge of student and staff data privacy and compliance regulations.

• Strong product judgment skills.

• Ability to write clearly and quickly.

• Sufficient technical knowledge.
