📋 Description

• Define and effectively prioritize new features to maintain an optimal balance between effort and impact.

• Have a clear perspective on which seller features and tools should be offered on web versus app, taking into account the types of sellers involved, the problems being addressed, and the unique advantages of web-based versus app-based experiences.

• Product Execution: Partner with squad leadership to ensure solutions are straightforward, user-friendly, and optimized for the web, paying attention to break-points, mobile web, and responsiveness during the development of web experiences and features.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure features are constructed according to specifications, advocating for quality and product excellence.

• Utilize experimentation as appropriate to test and learn from hypotheses, leveraging the ability to fail quickly and learn rapidly through web development processes.

• Identify obstacles faced by the team and ensure they are escalated or resolved prior to impacting delivery.

• Maintain a focus on effort versus value in decision-making processes.

• Ensure alignment and communication: Collaborate with the Senior Product Director and functional leadership to align on the priorities and strategic objectives of the broader product area.

• Inspire the team and provide them with the context necessary to reach their full potential.

• Identify and utilize the expertise of key functional stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, Design, Product Marketing) and other product squads to help shape and implement the vision for your area, fully understanding the opportunities, potential solutions, and constraints involved.

• Foster a team culture that keeps members engaged and focused.
