This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop Product Managers across various product domains.
• Create a self-sufficient, high-performing team that embodies a culture of ownership, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
• Convert company strategy into quantifiable product results.
• Propel prioritization based on business impact and customer value.
• Ensure that roadmap investments yield measurable outcomes.
• Take charge of portfolio planning and roadmap alignment across several teams.
• Enhance delivery predictability, execution quality, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Balance customer value, technical investments, and the long-term sustainability of products.
• Establish operational mechanisms, planning frameworks, and best practices in Product Management that facilitate organizational scalability.
• Continuously refine decision-making, prioritization, and the quality of execution.
• Elevate the hiring standards, cultivate future Product leaders, and contribute to the evolution of the Product organization.
• Promote robust collaboration among Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM teams.
• Utilize AI to expedite research, planning, decision-making, and communication.
• Assist the team in adopting AI-enabled workflows that enhance productivity and execution quality.
• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within B2B SaaS or high-growth technology firms.
• More than 5 years of experience leading Product Managers or overseeing multiple product teams.
• Demonstrated success in owning business outcomes across diverse products or domains.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational development capabilities.
• Experience in building and scaling high-performing Product organizations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions based on data.
• Experience managing intricate product portfolios and inter-team dependencies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, high-growth settings.
• Experience utilizing AI to enhance product management workflows is a significant advantage.
• Fluent in English (C1+).
