Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Define and drive the product roadmap.

• Oversee product planning and the formulation of roadmaps for centralized assurance products while aiding content and methodology projects.

• Convert high-level product vision into actionable requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design leads to jointly manage backlog prioritization, trade-offs, and delivery sequencing.

• Establish success metrics and ensure initiatives yield measurable enhancements in product performance and user experience.

• Take ownership of central methodology projects, working with subject-matter experts to translate methodology requirements into product capabilities.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to identify gaps and design solutions that promote reuse and consistency across products.

• Support global initiatives within Caseware's product suite and regions, including the implementation and adoption of AI tools across teams.

• Direct the execution of multi-sprint, cross-team initiatives with defined milestones, risk management, and progress tracking.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and enablement resources while monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience in SaaS environments, ideally covering multiple product lines or domains.

• Demonstrated success in leading the delivery of products or projects that cater to multiple teams, product lines, or global markets.

• Strong technical fluency — capable of engaging in discussions about trade-offs and design decisions with engineering teams.

• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities; adept at simplifying complexity into clear product direction.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, and documentation.

• Experience in defining KPIs and utilizing data to assess product health and adoption.

• Background in delivering AI-powered features or implementing AI tools for product and engineering teams.

• Experience in AI-native product development environments where engineering, design, and product teams utilize agentic tools as force multipliers — comfortable driving product direction in fast-paced, iterative cycles where discovery, shaping, and building occur simultaneously.

• Experience in supporting global or multi-region product rollouts.

• Prior hands-on software engineering experience.

• A technical or engineering degree is preferred.

• Experience working in fintech, assurance, or regulated SaaS industries.
