Senior Product Owner, Financial Reporting – Equity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the strategy and execution of financial reporting product capabilities.

• Support the product roadmap by balancing regulatory updates with customer requirements.

• Draft detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that include comprehensive functional specifications.

• Collaborate with other Equity Product Owners to ensure smooth data integration.

• Provide demonstrations and training sessions for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in product management or product ownership roles, ideally within B2B SaaS settings.

• At least 3 years of experience in equity financial reporting.

• Demonstrated success in delivering intricate SaaS reporting features or financial modules from inception to deployment.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to influence and foster consensus among cross-functional teams.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• In-depth knowledge of ASC 718 stock-based compensation accounting.

• Awareness of IFRS 2 and considerations related to international equity accounting.

• Familiarity with EPS dilution calculations.
