Product Owner – Finance Super App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery specifics.

• Oversee backlog management, priority setting, sprint readiness, and feature implementation.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, operations, and business teams.

• Convert intricate financial processes into straightforward product flows.

• Conduct feature testing prior to launch to ensure that product quality is not solely reliant on engineering.

• Monitor bugs, edge cases, user concerns, and post-launch corrections.

• Keep stakeholders informed about progress, obstacles, risks, and necessary decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Executive, or similar delivery-oriented positions.

• Excellent capability to draft clear requirements and decompose tasks for engineering teams.

• Solid understanding of user flows, edge cases, operational processes, and product quality.

• Quick to follow up, possessing strong organizational skills and a high level of ownership.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and transform disorganized inputs into coherent execution plans.

• Comfortable with product testing and addressing gaps prior to launch.

• Background in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or digital products is a significant advantage.
