• Advocate for the interests of stakeholders and customers in software development initiatives.
• Establish, prioritize, and oversee product requirements.
• Ensure the product fulfills the needs and expectations of end users.
• Develop tools to enhance software development processes.
• Spearhead the strategy, definition, and execution of Spec Driven Development (SDD).
• Integrate agile development practices, solution architecture, and AI agents.
• Emphasize automation, workflow enhancement, and boosting team productivity.
• Lead teams and projects focused on digital banking solutions.
• Outline the roadmap, backlog, epics, and business priorities.
• Track metrics such as conversion rates, sales funnels, retention, and KPIs.
• Conduct discovery phases, MVPs, A/B testing, and ongoing product development.
• Ensure alignment with strategic goals set by executive stakeholders.
• Manage multiple workstreams and technical interdependencies.
• Create user stories.
• Collaborate with the team to refine requirements.
• Engage in agile ceremonies.
• Analyze performance indicators and user feedback.
• Make informed decisions regarding features and priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, IT Management, or related fields.
• Experience in backlog management and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proficiency in product metrics and data analysis.
• Ability to act as a liaison between business and technology teams.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira / Confluence, basic/intermediate SQL, Power BI or analytical dashboards, Figma/Miro, APIs, and integrations.
• Knowledge of product metrics and funnel analysis.
• Preferred: experience with digital financial products, including cards, credit, onboarding processes, payment methods, core banking systems, and regulatory compliance.
