This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and clarify product requirements.
• Establish and uphold the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog by considering customer needs, industry developments, and the competitive environment.
• Create PRDs, briefs, and various strategy documents to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with a clear vision.
• Oversee the product development journey from inception to launch, providing updates on requirements and progress throughout.
• Partner closely with designers to craft visually appealing and user-friendly product experiences.
• Evaluate specifications and high-fidelity design documents, delivering accurate timeline estimates for features and products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams during the development cycle to refine and deliver top-quality product requirements.
• Continuously monitor and report on product performance.
• Conduct daily standups to gauge project status and offer clarifications.
• Test, accept, or reject work results throughout the project lifecycle.
• Showcase the accomplishments of the development team to clients and stakeholders.
• A minimum of 3 years of product management experience yielding exceptional business outcomes, preferably in a dynamic startup environment.
• Previous experience launching B2B products that address significant customer challenges.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with a strong capacity to advocate for your ideas.
• Proven experience in developing products tailored for a technical audience, fulfilling business needs, and scaling to address enterprise-level issues.
• Experience in developing products for Enterprise or similarly intricate customers.
• Familiarity with working with a remote, multi-timezone development team.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A self-motivated individual with a genuine interest in new technologies and their implications.
• Proficient in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Enjoy creating and maintaining product documentation, including product requirements, wireframes, acceptance criteria, and KPIs.
• Capable of decisively prioritizing what is most important when faced with competing priorities.
