📋 Description

• Spearhead essential product initiatives from inception to launch and beyond.

• Implement the product vision while engaging with various stakeholders.

• Ensure a successful product lifecycle through effective management.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the operations within sports organizations.

• Establish strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Create and oversee a prioritized roadmap for impactful projects.

• Keep track of the competitive landscape and market trends in sports performance technology.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure well-defined deliverables.

• Promote the principle of developing the smallest viable product and iterating based on evidence.

• Set success criteria and leverage data for informed decision-making.

• Relay updates, risks, and decisions to stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Work together with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing for effective go-to-market strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS setting, managing a product area from start to finish.

• In-depth knowledge of the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery to release and iterative improvements.

• Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management abilities, with experience in translating complex user requirements into clear product specifications.

• Strong expertise in developing products with a focus on design.

• Customer-focused mindset, capable of integrating both qualitative and quantitative data to guide decision-making.

• Commercially astute, with an understanding of how product choices impact revenue, retention, and customer value, and the ability to convey this to senior stakeholders.

• Proven capability to monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape, transforming market signals into actionable product insights.

• Skilled in utilizing AI tools, such as Claude, Gemini, or similar, to enhance discovery, research, prototyping, and decision-making, with an understanding of AI/ML applications in a product context.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to achieve results.

• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and managing trade-offs between scope, quality, and time.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, suitable for direct customer interaction.

• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and exceptionally organized.
