Senior Product Manager – All Genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a product area from its discovery phase to launch, ensuring it integrates seamlessly within a larger platform.

• Identify issues faced by customers and the business, while establishing product requirements, priorities, and success metrics.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to bring innovative solutions to fruition.

• Validate concepts through customer feedback, testing, and experimentation.

• Track performance and strive for continuous improvement in outcomes.

• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Contribute to the formulation of Resourcify's long-term product and AI strategy.

• Multiple years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of full ownership of complex B2B products.

• Proficient in navigating uncertainty and establishing order in ambiguous situations.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Capable of translating intricate topics into straightforward decisions and actions.

• Passionate about taking initiative and driving projects independently.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a significant advantage!
