Senior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Senior Product Owner in the development and enhancement of software engineering tools;

• Drive the strategy and execution of Specification Driven Development (SDD);

• Establish and refine processes centered around specification-driven development;

• Facilitate connections among development teams, architecture, and AI projects;

• Ensure seamless integration among tools, processes, and teams;

• Oversee and prioritize the backlog, focusing on value creation and efficiency;

• Track metrics and promote ongoing improvements;

• Engage in technical decision-making and advocate for engineering best practices;

• Spot opportunities for innovation and the application of AI in development;

• Convert technical requirements into business value for stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline;

• Approximately 6 years of experience in software development or in roles such as Developer, Software Engineer, Product Owner, Tech Lead, or Scrum Master;

• Strong background in agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban);

• Hands-on experience in software development and familiarity with the daily operations of technical teams;

• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), CI/CD tools, and backlog management;

• Experience with Specification Driven Development (SDD) or Domain-Driven Design (DDD);

• Basic understanding of AI agent architectures, large language models (LLMs), and integrations;

• Previous experience working at the intersection of technology and business;

• Preferred: postgraduate degree or certifications in agile methodologies or Product Management.
