Senior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives.

• Convert needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver incremental, high-quality value.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies to enhance team effectiveness.

• Make informed decisions and manage trade-offs regarding value, risk, and timelines.

• Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and business goals.

• Navigate a wide-ranging and intricate stakeholder landscape across both business and IT.

• Clearly and consistently communicate priorities, progress, and risks.

• Coordinate with various teams and dependencies to guarantee end-to-end delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or in Product Management within Agile environments.

• Demonstrated ability to function effectively within large, complex IT organizations.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and influencing.

• Capability to decompose complex problems into actionable tasks.

• Excellent communication and data-driven decision-making abilities.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
