Senior Product Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership, maintain, and enhance onboarding, training, and enablement resources and processes for both new and existing staff.

• Partner with members of the Data team and managers to refine training materials, best practices, and resources.

• Manage the recruitment process, including evaluating take-home assignments and interviewing candidates.

• Collaborate with recruitment teams to successfully fill over 10 positions in the next six months.

• Utilize AI tools to expedite content development, automate knowledge base upkeep, and pinpoint training deficiencies.

• Assess outcomes across enablement and operational initiatives, such as onboarding ramp-up time and training efficiency.

• Refine enablement and operational initiatives by leveraging data insights.

• Establish and expand enablement functions for technical teams and data analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a technical enablement or technical operations role within a dynamic, high-growth setting.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing technical training programs, especially for rapidly growing teams.

• Experience in scaling training initiatives to align with organizational growth.

• Proficiency in SQL and Python at an intermediate level.

• Familiarity with identifying KPIs or other internal performance metrics.

• Experience in developing automated tracking systems to assess accuracy and/or compliance with workflows.

• Strong capability to take charge of ambiguous, critical projects.

• Aptitude for prioritizing efforts across key initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent processes effectively.

• Experience in supporting new hires and creating resources for team development.

• Work hours aligned with the East Coast; willingness to assist junior employees in different time zones as required.
