This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop operational frameworks to support product initiatives
• Facilitate cross-functional programs involving product, engineering, sales, marketing, implementation, and support teams
• Take ownership of comprehensive program plans for the launch of new products
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables
• Identify and address dependencies and obstacles early to promote resolution across teams
• Differentiate between essential and desirable priorities under tight deadlines
• Create and uphold standard operating procedures, communication practices, and documentation standards for product releases
• Provide structure and oversight throughout the release processes and implement safeguards to minimize customer-impacting errors
• Manage product operations tools and analytics platforms
• Own frameworks for product metrics including adoption, engagement, retention, and business impact
• Design and set up a customer council at the executive level
• Develop a consistent schedule and framework for the council to guide product strategy
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to manage releases and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Over 7 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or similar roles within B2B/enterprise software companies
• Proven experience managing both formal processes (such as release management) and ambiguous cross-functional projects lacking a predefined approach
• Demonstrated success in driving delivery on a new, rapidly evolving product from initial development to customer pilot
• Experience in coordinating efforts across a large, cross-functional team
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Proficient in using AI-powered tools on a daily basis
• Comprehensive understanding of agile product development methodologies and the entire product development cycle
• Experience in defining and monitoring product metrics, creating dashboards, and converting data into actionable insights
• High proficiency with modern product management tools and analytics platforms
• Exceptional communication skills at the executive level
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree
