Senior Product Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and continuously enhance the product operating rhythm — including planning cycles, OKR frameworks, launch readiness, and cross-functional retrospectives.

• Revamp inefficient processes from start to finish; create SOPs and playbooks that are widely adopted, rather than simply archived.

• Develop product health dashboards that link operational metrics to business outcomes; shift the discussion from "what happened" to "what should we do next."

• Manage the tooling strategy for your domain — assess, configure, and promote the use of systems (such as Smartsheet as a system of record) that bolster accountability and transparency.

• Identify opportunities for AI enhancement within operational workflows and implement them; decrease manual overhead and amplify team leverage.

• Collaborate directly with Directors and VPs to highlight operational insights that guide investment and prioritization decisions.

• Provide mentorship to peers and actively support the development of the Product Ops function.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in product operations, strategy and operations, or a closely related field.

• A proven record of redesigning operational processes with measurable outcomes — including quicker planning cycles, more efficient launches, and improved data visibility.

• Strong data fluency: you create measurement frameworks rather than just interpreting dashboards, and you connect operational metrics to business results.

• Ability to influence Director and VP-level stakeholders through operational insights and well-structured recommendations.

• Builder mindset: you prefer to prototype and automate solutions instead of waiting for directives from above.

• Robust cross-functional instincts — you have successfully built lasting connections between product, engineering, design, and GTM teams.

• Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools at a systems level, not only as a user.

• Background in a high-growth technology company.

• Business or technical degree, or equivalent experience.

• Legal eligibility to work in Bulgaria on a continuous basis.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
